He is survived by: his wife Cleo Mae Matthews of Ames; his children, Alan Matthew Honold (Elaine) of Lawrenceville, GA, Charles "Chuck" Honold of Des Moines and Michelene "Mikki" Kinning (Joe) of Des Moines; his sister Alta Mae Pierick of Winterpark, FL; his grandchildren, Matthew Honold, Sarah Miller (Derron), Michael Kinning (Anna Ferris) and Carly Severson (Connor); and his great grandchild Miles Maverick Miller. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
