He was predeceased by : his parents, Oksana and Kostyantyn of Lviv. He is survived by : his wife Olena; his children, Nadya of Chicago and Vitaly (Melissa) of Las Vegas; his grandchildren, Katerina, Nikolai and Danika; and his sister Natalya of Lviv.
