He is survived by: his children, Jodi Midcalf of Cedar Rapids, Janel Brown (Jeff) of Traverse City and Jim Midcalf (Diane) of Cedar Rapids; his wife Judi Crowley; and his sister Peggy Stimson (Don). He is also survived by his three children; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
