He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hinrichsen and Mabel Hinrichsen (Hinrichs); his wife Carol Eldred; his grandson Thomas Jonathan Cashman; and his in-laws, Russell and Greta Eldred.
He is survived by: his children, Ralph (Sally), Laurel Cashman (Thomas), Randall Anamosa (Joan), Roxy Hinrichsen and Carrie Cummins; Eugene Eldred (Mary Lou). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
