She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Blohm and Edith Blohm (Monck); her spouse Meinhard Freese; and her siblings, Ella Brokaw, Marvin Blohm, Ernie Blohm and Henry Caspers.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Freese of Anamosa, Ernest Freese (Carri) of Independence and George Freese (Colleen) of Anamosa; and her sister Velma Hinrichs of Martelle.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery (4200 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402).
