He was predeceased by: his sister Sarah Miller. He is survived by: his children, Garrett, Tyler Serbousek of Cedar Rapids, Sarah Serbousek and Carson Serbousek of Anamosa; his fiancée Sherry Williams of Anamosa; his parents, William Serbousek and Patricia Serbousek (Miller) of Cedar Rapids; and his brother Steve. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
