He is survived by: his wife Roberta Naeve; his children, Patti Krogman (late David), Ray Naeve (Marcia) and Laura Shipman (Laurie); his stepchildren, Kim, Tim, Dennis and Beth; his brother Dennis Naeve (Pam); his grandchildren, Allison Steyl (Arno), LaRee Burkholder (Cory), Andrew Naeve (Kristin), Joshua Krogman, Tyler Shipman (Andrea), Adam Naeve, Kelsey Shipman and Randi Nihsen (Tim); and his great grandchildren, Easton, Caroline, Christiaan, Cooper, Emilia, Luke, Piper, Dirk, Wilson, Reid, Jude, Oliver and Aurora.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (1364 Washington St, Andover, IA 52701). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
