He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kelly and Birdie A. Kelly (Kirkham); his daughter Becky Kelly; his siblings, Alan, Donald, John, Bob Kelly, Mary Jorgensen and Jan Eiben; and his in-laws, Fred and Iva Scarlett.
He is survived by: his former wife Cora Scarlett; his wife Cora "Corky" Kelly of Anita; his children, Donald (Tracey Achenbach) of Bowling Brook, IL, Blaine Kelly (Jodi) of West Liberty, IA, Todd Kelly (Karen) of Iowa City, IA, John Kelly of West Liberty, IA and Cindy Mills (Barry) of West Liberty, IA; and his siblings, David Kelly of Atlantic, IA, Cathleen Griffith of Atlantic, IA and Colleen Nichols of Moscow, IA. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren and Twelve Great grandchildren; including many nieces and nephews.
