She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Metcalf; her husband Gerald "Bud" Horn; her mother Geraldine "Gerry" Metcalf (Lillie); her stepson Michael Horn; her brother-in-law Tom Horn; and her stepson-in-law Forbes Grizell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dennis Metcalf (Beverly), Cheryl VanCleve (Terry) and Corene Aunan (Milton); her stepdaughter Kathy Grizell; her stepgranddaughter Kimberly Truong (Steve); and her brother-in-law Ken Horn (Beverly). She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and ten nieces and nephews.
