We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 64, Brian David Gibson of Ankeny, Iowa, born in Burlington, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Brian David Gibson to pay them a last tribute.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Brian David shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Brian David farewell, we carry with us the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding us through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by : his father David Gibson. He is survived by : his mother Sandra Gibson (Hofmann) of Marion; his siblings, Greg Gibson of Burlington, Steve Gibson (Chris) of Tiffin and Julie Decker of Marion; and his stepsiblings, Machele MacDowell of Nashville, Tennessee and Ken Dunn (Beth) of Dyersburg, Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Elliott Funeral Chapel (1 Redbud Ln, New London, IA 52645).

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the New London Athletic Booster Club would be appreciated.
