She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Cummings and Nola Cummings; and her husband Dan Kavadas. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristina Kavadas, Amy Gates (Paul) and Susanna Harding; her grandchildren, Nick McCombs, Skylar Piscitello (Colin), C. C. Mathieu, Cade McCombs, Camden McCombs, Sophia Gates, Thomas Gates, Gabriella Harding, Vaughn Harding and Vinny Harding; her great grandchild Arlo Piscitello; her brother Gary "Butch" Cummings; and her sister-in-law Carol Cummings. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
