He was predeceased by: his parents, Iola Marguerite (Lindmark) and John Sylvester Garvey; his grandson Jimmy Seeley; and his great grandchild Miles Seeley. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn Blackburn; his children, Kara Lincoln, Molly Garvey, Julie Tolly (Marshall), Ryan Blackburn and Robert Blackburn; his grandchildren, Freddie, Christopher, Robert, Kaitlynn, Kamden, Bryce, Leo, Ella, Audrey, Mason, Orion and Oliver; his great grandchildren, Maverick and Jessica; his siblings, Jerry Garvey (Toni), Denny Garvey (Janell), Joan Smith (Robert Johnson), Roger Garvey (LuAnn), Mary Garvey and Raymond Garvey (Missy); and his brother-in-law Lanny Lincoln. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
