She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Van Horn; and her daughter Tracey Van Horn McCombs. She is survived by: her son Chad Van Horn (April); her grandchildren, Taylor Clemens (Mitchell), Kailee Van Horn and Deja Crain; her great grandchild Sawyer Clemens; and her brother Don Darling (Linda).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Services of Iowa (4208 N Ankeny Blvd, Ankeny, IA 50023). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
