He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Lee and Judith McGee of Johnston, IA; and his sisters, Tracy Hendrickson (Jeff) of Urbandale and Leanne Hellickson of Des Moines. He is also survived by One niece from Arizona; and two nieces from Des Moines; with one nephew.
