Edward Evan Markow Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2025, at the age of 78, Edward Evan Markow (Ankeny, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Edward Evan's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Markow and Anna Katherine Markow (Babich); and his brother Jack Markow (Peggy). He is survived by: his wife Trisha Ann Markow; his daughter Ava Markow; and his siblings, Bill Markow (Susie) and Marianne Smith (Don). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be directed to the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown in loving memory of Edward.
