He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Clark and Dorothy Clark; his father-in-law Roy James; his brother David; and his nephew Jesse Peck.
He is survived by: his wife Monica Cullen; his children, Courtney Schulte (Adam), Morgan Smith, Claire Eilert (Will), Brady Clark (Simon) and Marshall Clark; his grandchildren, Peyton, Mia, Addison, Trice Schulte, Lannon, Calliope Smith, Ava and Andrew Eilert; his stepchildren, Terence Cullen (Laura), Chase Cullen (Krista), Cassie Van Haalen (Hunter) and Connor Cullen (Dianna); and his stepgrandchildren, Truman, Foster, Hudson Van Haalen, Camryn Cullen, Harper Cullen and Georgia Cullen. He is also survived by his sisters, their spouses, and various nieces and nephews.
