He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Belew (Trotter) and Lawson Belew; and his siblings, Dorothy and Herbert. He is survived by: his children, Deb (Ed Sullivan) of Oskaloosa, IA, Doug (Cecilia Belew) of Lake Forest, CA and Brian (Norma Belew) of Norwalk, IA; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Sullivan, Matthew Sullivan (Kala), Elizabeth Zeiders (Tom), Amy Bush (Greg) and Christine Wages (Dan). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to a veterans-based charity of the donor's choice.
