He is survived by: his wife Linda Sargent; his children, Susan Sargent, Scott Sargent (CJ), Joe Sargent and Ann Gillotti (Matt); his grandchildren, Kelly Sargent, Jonathan McBride and Scott Sargent; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Sargent and Grady McBride.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Services of Iowa (4208 N Ankeny Blvd, Ankeny, IA 50023). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a future memorial.
