He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert John Donnelly and Lois May Donnelly. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Donnelly; his children, Amy Donnelly and David Donnelly; and his granddaughters, Lindsey Donnelly and Tara Donnelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the DeSoto Fire Department in memory of John Donnelly.
