He is survived by: his wife Shari Myers of Ankeny; his daughters, Licia Pettit (Tom) of Ankeny and Lori Philbrook (Jay) of Roland; his sisters, Barb Brown of Fort Dodge and Jan Green (Tom) of Indianola; his grandsons, Nick Philbrook, Tyler Philbrook and TJ Pettit; and his stepgrandchildren, Kyleigh and Henry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
