He was predeceased by : his father Timothy Smith; and his sister Diana Corbett. He is survived by : his mother Rosemary Smith (Niemeyer); his wife Cathy; his children, Jacob Smith (Kerry) and Michaela Smith; his sister Donna Asauskas (Steve); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Avery and Kaleb. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
