He is survived by: his parents, Ted Kramer and Jessica Kramer; his siblings, Ryland and Annika Kramer; and his grandparents, Mickey Jung, Diane Phillips, Tom and Tami Kramer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Even in his passing, Nolan continues to give life and hope to others through the gift of organ donation.
