With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Ann McCann (Ankeny, Iowa), who passed away on September 3, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Schwarz and Philomena Schwarz (Harpenau); and her brothers, Marvin and Roger. She is survived by: her husband Patrick McCann; her children, Bruce McCann (Lori) of Ankeny, Janis McCann of Ankeny, Troy McCann (Jana) of Clive and Kevin McCann (Denise) of Burke, VA; her grandchildren, Amber, Jennifer, Jonathan, Connor, Courtney, Hannah, Lauren, Rachel, Patrick, Cole, Jake and Collin; her stepgrandchildren, Nadia and Justin Cover; her great grandchildren, Maia, Halle, Adeline, Forest, Noah, Linkin, Jonathan Jr., Mason and Christopher; and her sisters, Eleanor, Anita, Berniece, Darlene and Lois.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Our Lady's Immaculate Heart Catholic Church or the Boline-Manfredi VFW Post in Norma's name.
