He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Wiseman and Margaret Wiseman. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Jeff Wiseman (Felicia) of Altoona and Jana Kislingbury (Kirk) of Bondurant; his grandchildren, Micalah (Jordan), Noah, Creighton (Melania), Nicholas and Katelyn; his great grandchild Ashlyn; and his brother Mike Wiseman of Virginia.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Exodus51.org ministry in Richard's memory.
