He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mann and Jeannette Mann (Luther); and his sisters, Jane Hodam (Rick) of Lansing and Jeanne. He is survived by: his children, Eric Mann (Andrea) of Ankeny and Whitney Sibley (Nick) of Mitchellville; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Mann, Lauren Pater, Johnny Pater, Luke Pater, Finnley Sibley, Easlynn Sibley and Geniveve Wingert; and his sister Julie Applegate (Everett) of Clive, Iowa..
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Iles Brandt Chapel in Dallas Center (1301 Ash St, Dallas Center, IA 50063). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bob's name may be directed to his family to be donated to a cause important to him.
