He is survived by: his wife June Ann of Ankeny, IA; his sons, Brian (Melanie) of Huxley, IA and Todd of Spirit Lake, IA; his grandchildren, Patrick (Jade Suganuma) of Des Moines, IA, Stephanie Farenik (Micah) of Albany, OR and Nicholas of San Antonio, TX; Eleanor Farenik.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home (2317 32nd St, Spirit Lake, IA 51360). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
