With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marvin C. Hanson of Anthon, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Hanson and Rossie Hanson (Sealey); his wife Donna Weathers; his brothers, Francis "Bub" and Clayton Hanson; his sons-in-law, Mike Wood and John Boehm; and his great grandchild Patrick Hudson.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Wood of Anthon, IA, Clifford Hanson (Arlene) of Windsor, Ontario, Janet Boehm of Blaine, MN and Dale Hanson (Wendy) of Centennial, CO; and his brother Verne Hanson (Bonnie) of Yankton, SD.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Anthon Community Methodist Church or the McNiff Post #389 American Legion.
