He was predeceased by: his father William Bertram; his stepbrother James Swenson; and his grandparents, Don, Delores Main and Doug.
He is survived by: his mother Darla Kay Bertram (Main) of Denver; his children, Cadence Bertram (Kaden Huttinger) of Aplington, Mason Bertram of Aplington, Chase Bertram of Aplington and Leyton Bertram of Aplington; his close friend Jessica Bertram of Aplington; his brothers, Robert Bertram (Michelle) of Virginia Beach, VA and Joshua Bertram of Parkersburg; and his stepsister Wendy Everts (Tony) of Aplington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
