She is survived by : her former life partner James Hanzlick; her husband Paul A Johnson; her daughters, Heather E Hanzlick-Jaacks (Rick Hanzlick-Jaacks) and Keri M Hanzlick; her stepson Chad Johnson of Lincoln, NE; her stepgranddaughter Samantha Johnson; her stepdaughter Kate Livingston (Rob Livingston); and her stepgranddaughters, Emma, Isabel and Greta Livingston.
