She is survived by: her husband John Benz of Arnolds Park, IA; her children, Allison Rossan (Kevin), Jack of Gridley, CA and Eric Benz (Tessa); her grandchild Kinsley of Foster City, CA; and her siblings, Karen, Bruce, Laura, Lynn and Leslie.
The family requests that, instead of flowers, memorial contributions be made to: Next Life Foundation in memory of Joan Benz.
