He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Clary and Edward Clary. He is survived by: his friend Dan Croft; his significant other Di Lorenzen; his sons, Chad Clary (Erin) and Brandon Clary (Cameron); his grandchildren, Chevy and Dirks; the mothers of children, Diane Clary and Di's; his stepchildren, Jessica Javorsky (Aaron), Krista Brown and Di's; his brother John Clary (Nancy); his nephew Brady Clary (Jenna); his niece Briana Elliott (Jeremy); Ellie, Ava and Nora. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in honor of Tom, which will benefit the charities close to his heart.
