He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin A. Honkomp and Clara C. Honkomp (Arning); and his parents-in-law, Henry and Helen Meester. He is survived by: his wife Mary Honkomp of Ashton, IA; his children, Brian Honkomp (Monica) of Sheldon, IA, Darin Honkomp (Michele) of Sheldon, IA, Daniel Honkomp of Ashton, IA, Curt Honkomp (Kirstin) of Ashton, IA, Jason Honkomp (Stephanie) of Mt. Lake, MN and Stacey Honkomp of Ashton, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Wilson (Tom) of Sioux Falls, SD, Bob Meester (Karen) of Sioux Falls, SD and Dennis Meester (Jean) of Bigelow, MN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
