He was predeceased by : his parents, Lorenzo Ortiz Rocha and Gregoria Esparza Rocha; and his siblings, Pilar Rocha, Ana Maria Shryock and Maria Marcela Ramos.
He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Ann Dearmore; his daughters, Melissa Adriana of Atalissa Iowa, Jessica Rocha Birman (Roman) of Marion Iowa and Alicia Robinson (Kevin) of Eudora Kansas; his grandchildren, Ava Elizabeth, James Daniel, Athena Mae, Chloee Ann, Nora Noel, Josephine Grace, Madison Porter and Morgan Elliott; and his siblings, Isidro Rocha, Lorenzo Rocha, Evangelina Garcia (Jose Luis), Maribel Montelongo (Angel) and Maria Isabel Rocha Hall (James). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
