He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Huggins and Golda Huggins; his parents-in-law, Forrest and Hazel Rudd; his brothers, Eugene, Jim and Tom; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Munn, Marlene Huggins and Betty Huggins.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Rudd; his sons, Steve (Cate), Craig (Joan) and Jeff (Catherine); his grandchildren, Nick (Jenny), Zach, Anna, Luke, Munn, Rose Grinstead (Rusty), Dwight Huggins (Jacquie), Ron Huggins (Pat), Harold Huggins, Max Huggins (Tonya), Gary Joe Huggins (Pam) and Stan Huggins (Deb); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Matheney (Jim), Donna Jean Treharne (Don), Joy Iacono and Marietta Huggins. He is also survived by step-granddaughter; three step-great-grandchildren; a step great-great-grandson.
