Bart Blake Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2023, at the age of 89, Bart Blake of Atlantic, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Blake and Violet Blake (Spies); his wife Janice Pieken; and his great grandchild Becker Blake. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Hibbert (Dave), Randy Blake (Chris), Roger Blake (Gerri) and Tom Blake (Beth); his grandchildren, Matt Hibbert (Heather), Kim Mottert (Jason), Zach Hibbert, Ashley Otte (Joel), Bria Schechinger (Nate), Bennett Blake (Kirstin), Courtney Brewer (Matt), Amanda Majeski-Blake (Tiffany), Alisha Wagner (Tyler), Katie Bateman (Sam), Nathan Blake (Melinda) and Amber Blake; and his siblings, Larry Blake (Diane) and Linda Pibarot (Jaques). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the United Church of Christ in Atlantic.
