She was predeceased by: her husband George Jr. Starlin; her parents, Irene Zuber and Max Wills; her parents-in-law, May and George Starlin; her daughters, Cheryl Starlin and Patricia Morrison; her brothers, William "Bill" Wills and Bernard Wills; her siblings-in-law, Wilma Wills, Dorothy Hensel, Evelyn Vale, Myrna Hiatt, Maxine Starlin, Dorthy Starlin, Maxine Wills, Delbert Starlin, Charles Hensel, Paul Vale, Lyle Hiatt and Dale Orstad; and her pet Gigit.
She is survived by: her sister Jeane Orstad; her children, George Starlin (Crystal), Deborah Thomas and Angela Ireland; and her grandchildren, Rodney Frizzell (Kristy), Stacy Luke (Mike), Ben Thomas, Josh Morrison (Stacie), Zachery Morrison (Erin), Chelsia Morrison, Sarah Lundquist (Matt), Brianna Long (Scott), Christel Thomas, Rachel Smith (Corey), Natosha Lank (Brad), Neeley Wetzler, Colton Starlin Ireland (Courtney), Elisha Hardy (Adam), Max Starlin (Jordan) and Dusty Starlin (Josie).
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Victoria Cemetery. Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cumberland Community Center (200 W 2nd St, Cumberland, IA 50843).
Memorials may be made to the family for later designation.
