He is survived by: his mother Wendy Nodgaard (Tim) of Atlantic, IA; his brother Zachary Frank of Council Bluffs, IA; his wife Ann Frank of Atlantic, IA; and his children, Haylee Dunn (Frank) of Elk Horn, IA, Mia Frank of Elliott, IA and Aiden Frank of Atlantic, IA.. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
