She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Ann Berry (Eblen) and Robert Berry. She is survived by: her husband Mac Jensen of Atlantic; her children, Jena Waters (Todd) of Cumberland and Dane Jensen (Dana) of Kansas City, Missouri; her grandchildren, McKenzie Schuman (Tyler), Maycie Barger, Nolan Waters, Madilyn Waters, Mayli Waters and Knox Jensen; and her brother Kent Berry (Phyllis) of Atlantic, Iowa. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials: May be directed to the Carol Jensen Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
