It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloris Bissell of Atlantic, Iowa, born in Dodge, Nebraska, who passed away on March 24, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred W. Schellenberg and Agnes Anna Schellenberg (Lahmann); her husband Eldon Keith Bissell; her daughter Julie Ann Tupker; her brother Robert Schellenberg; her grandson Robert Tupker; and her siblings-in-law, Olin, Fern Bissell, Clair, Yvonne Bissell, Royce, Mildred Bissell, Wendell, Mabel Mathes, Janice Schellenberg and Carolyn Schellenberg.

She is survived by : her son Roger Bissell (Elizabeth "Becky") of Dickson, Tennessee; her son-in-law Allen Tupker of Marion, Iowa; her grandchildren, Charles Bissell of Lexington, Andrew Bissell (Christi) of Brentwood, Daniel Bissell of Antioch, Rachel Bissell of Antioch, Rebecca Gibson (Jeff) of Antioch and Michael Tupker (Kathleen) of Marion, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Josie Cunningham, Miles, Ava Troxler and Kathryn Gibson; her stepgranddaughters, Desiree MacDonald (Suny) and Marissa Head; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Augustine Lopez and Indigo MacDonald; her brother Ray Schellenberg; and also, Hannah, Henry Bissell, Robert and Colin Tupker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Atlantic.
