With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Don E. Christensen of Atlantic, Iowa, born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, V. E. "Barney" Christensen and Betty Christensen (Jensen); his parents-in-law, Hilbert and Frances Grebert; his wife Nancy Christensen of John's Lutheran Church; and his sister-in-law Betty Naico (Robert).

He is survived by : his children, Andrea Woodruff (Alan) of Cumberland and Anthony Christensen (Rachael) of Lewis; his grandchildren, Ellisa Woodruff (Heath Hepler), Craig Woodruff (Nicole), Chance Woodruff, Kenna Christensen and Grant Christensen; his great grandchild Laikyn; his sister Marletta McKercher of Omaha; his niece Katie; his nephew John McKercher; and his siblings-in-law, David Grebert (Connie) of Clarinda, Judy Graham (Tom) of Essex, Susie Grebert of Clarinda, Dennis Grebert (Tammy) of Shenandoah, Ronnie Grebert (Kim) of Clarinda, Sherry Grebert of Shenandoah, Al "Sonny" Grebert and Ted McKercher.

Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation to the many charities Don supported.
