With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris M Krogman of Atlantic, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 18, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Kriege of Remsen, IA and Martha Kriege (Konz) of Granville, IA.; her husband James Joseph Krogman of Alton, IA; her brother Charles Kriege; her parents-in-law, Henry and Pearl Krogman; and her in-laws, Donald Krogman, Jack and Myrna Krogman.
She is survived by: her sons, John Krogman (Lisa) of Atlantic, IA and Max Krogman (Shannon) of Atlanta, GA; her granddaughters, Alison Krogman of Des Moines, IA, Lauren Krogman of North Liberty, IA, Ava Krogman of Atlanta, GA and Tess Krogman of Atlanta, GA; her siblings, Mary Ann McClain (Kieth) of Powell, WY, Charleene Stigge (Stan) of Mt. Pleasant, IA, Richard Kriege (Sharron) of Skiatook, OK, Louis (Karen Kriege), Robert Kriege (JoAnn) of Skiatook, OK and James Kriege (Carol); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Bailey (Wayne) of Alton, IA and Mary Ann Krogman (Donald) of Le Mars, IA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Saint Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Cass Health Hospital Auxiliary, or the Tyler Cancer Center.
