He was predeceased by: his mother Bennye Gustafson (Gunn); and his son Matthew Gustafson. He is survived by: his father Jon Gustafson of Red Oak, IA; his siblings, Jeff Gustafson (Teresa Snyder) of Clarinda, IA and Joni Gustafson of Essex, IA; and his sons, Andrew Gustafson (Carrie) of Louisville, KY and Michael Gustafson of Stafford, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the LeRette Funeral Chapel, INC Starts (525 E. Ratliff Road, Red Oak, IA 51566).
