She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Keast and Maude Keast (Dungan) of Carson, Iowa.; and her husband Bill F. Bailey of Carson. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Bailey of McMinnville, OR, Darrell (Sharon Bailey) and Delbert (Nancy Bailey). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rieken Vieth Funeral Home (219 Oakland Ave, Oakland, IA 51560). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heritage House Assisted Living Center (1200 Brookridge Cir, Atlantic, IA 50022).
