She was predeceased by : her husband William "Bill" Hagen; her sisters, Viola Doud and Ruby Anstey; and her brother-in-law Wayne Doud. She is survived by : her children, Greg (Pattie Phillips) of Tucson, AZ, Dianne (Doug Barker) of Tempe, AZ and Sheri (Mike Raab) of Boone, IA; her granddaughters, Kristen Massirer (Ryan Meyer) of Tucson, Randi Hagen (Mike Miller), Kaurtney (Dallin Slade) of Mesa, Beth (Cody Bowers) of Boone and Katie (Devin Madsen) of Cedar Rapids; her great grandchildren, Kaylin, Leslie and Samuel Slade of Mesa; her brother-in-law Charles Anstey of Massena; and her nieces, Carolyn (Bill Boss) of Clive, Cindy Anstey (Jeff Toppin) of Massena, Kathy (Dan Ankenbauer) of Massena and Deb (Brett Brown) of Anita.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church or the Heritage House Good Samaritan Fund.
