He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Perkins and Sharon Perkins (Blunt); and his grandparents, Robert, Helen Blunt, James and Maude Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Perkins of Volga, SD and Oran Perkins (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Madeline and Makenna of Atlantic; his children, Joshua Perkins of Atlantic and Diana Perkins of Volga, SD.; his siblings, Jim Perkins of Tabor, IA, Debbie Lesher (Mike) of Tabor, IA and Billy Perkins (Andrea) of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his brother-in-law David Rossell (Janette) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Shriners Hospital for Children (see link below) or a cancer charity of your choice.
