He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Owen and Betty Owen (Eddy); and his brother-in-law Dennis Watt. He is survived by: his wife Janet Owen; his brother-in-law Jann Wilson (David); his children, Jason Owen, Hope Jensen (Jerome) and William Owen; and his grandchildren, Ruanne Brinker, Owen, Luke Brinker, Gwen Zimmerman (Taylor) and Audrey Jensen (Keegan Deist).
Memorials may be directed to the Owen Family, to be designated at a later date in his honor.
