She is survived by: her children, Thomas Campbell (Marianne) of Omaha, NE, Barbara Smith (Daniel) of Exira, IA and Paul Campbell (Debra) of Hamlin, IA; her grandchildren, Emilia Marshall (Stephen) of Lenexa, KS, Adam Campbell (Megan O'Neil) of Omaha, NE, Jason Smith (Betsy) of Audubon, IA, Kyle Smith of Johnston, IA, Tony Smith (Leah) of Exira, IA, Emily Jensen (John) of Guthrie Center, IA and Anna Campbell of Hamlin, IA; and her great grandchildren, Riley Marshall, Avery Marshall of Lenexa, KS, Annie Campbell of Omaha, NE, Chloe Andersen, Morgan Smith, Katrina Smith, Opal Smith of Audubon, IA, Raleigh Smith, Gwendolyn Smith, Seaver Smith of Johnston, IA, Mathew Smith and Brooklyn Smith of Exira, IA.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (428 Washington St, Audubon, IA 50025). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at the Arlington Heights Cemetery (712 S Arlington St, Audubon, IA 50025).
