He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Heiken and Katherine Heiken. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Clemmenson; his children, Ron, Russ, Jeff and Laurie; and his children-in-law, Jodie, Diane, Sondra and Ed Krause. He is also survived by two sisters and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Heiken Family, to be designated at a later date in memory of Jerry.
