She was predeceased by : her parents, John "Red" Essing and Adeline Essing; her siblings, Merle, Dennis Essing and Linda Essing; and her siblings-in-law, Robert L. and Bernita Stiles (Sindy).
She is survived by : her nephews, John and Randy Stiles; her friend Gert Madsen; her children, Donna Stiles of Sequim and Marc Stiles (Matthew Haggerty) of Seattle; her grandchildren, Mindy Lamonica (Shawn) of Islip Terrace, John L. Rothmeier Jr. (Kate) of Wilton, Talor Lee-Stiles (Sarah) of Port Ludlow and Skyler Lee-Stiles of Portland, Oregon; and her great grandchildren, Marc, Tori, Jonny Lamonica, Adirah Lee-Stiles and Jack Rothmeier III.
