She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Borkowski and Hilda Borkowski; her boyfriend Jim Haskins; her siblings, Loretta Rustvold and Eldon Borkowski; her siblings-in-law, Marsha Borkowski, Lloyd Kelly and Harold Rustvold; and her siblings' children, Brian, Philip Rustvold and Sara Borkowski.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Kelly, James Borkowski and Dale Borkowski (Delyte). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
